CoffeeFiend
Yes, yes it's out. About moving the post to news section instead of application switches where it belongs now?
prathapml
Done the moving of topic.Thanx for the heads-up Astalavista! Now if we could find an official news-source of this, only then it could be posted as software news. I guess it will show up on the official home-page of Executive Software soon, then. And was there any particular reason you originally posted this in Application switches forum? The switches for it will (mostly) still be the same:first "/A" to make an AIPThen "/QB" from the resulting MSI and folder.TADAAA !!!!! silent switches!@oioldmanIt won't show up v9 on our updates, because:1. Its not on the official website yet.2. We are only entitled to get updates to v8 - we will need to buy v9 to get it.

Muaitai
You need to check this before installing on WINXP SP2:http://executive.com/products/tipsntricks.asp
prathapml
@muaitaiNaah.... no worries. That's info for over-the-network management. And even then, problems are only with specific case scenarios (the windows firewall basically blocks certain ports needed by diskeeper server edition - just open out the ports and no problem anymore). My XPSP2+diskeeper9 (yeah ) is working exactly the same way as it always did (same as how XPSP1+diskeeper8 would). My defragments never did have anthing to do with the network, anyway. And PCs at client places, I always set them up to defrag all partitions at a pre-set time - no over-the-network-management bothers needed - atleast not until the time thousands of desktops need to be managed by me. @jrocYup! Evidence confirmed. Thanx.
XtremeMaC
i agree with prathapml, it's working as if i haven't changed anything same as sp1, dk8, sp2 dk8, dk9 i've been trying out perfeckdisk 6.0 and I think its better than diskeeper.
