There is some problem with windows XP and the nvdia driver doesn't load successfully everytime I start the machine.

Download the latest drivers from nvidia.com and try again.

Or download the drivers from your graphicscard-manufacturer site.

I get an error logged in the event log. When it doesn't load the display is all garbled up.

I have downloaded the latest drivers for Nvidia card on an ASUS motherboard.

Suprisingly, in my linux parition, things work fine. The drivers load correctly.
