Documents and Settings - Cleaner

Does anyone have any tips for how to clean the Document and Settings area? What is safe to delete and what must be retained?

I keep this area on another disk partition usually but would like to know what to transfer to a new system and what can be left behind.

The files from the following folders are 100% safe to delete.

C:\Documents and Settings\ UserName \Local Settings\Temp

C:\Documents and Settings\ UserName \Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

I don't think there is anything else you can delete ...

Much of the "Application Data" folder there is junk as well - just leave the "Microsoft" folder and can delete the others (but do take a second look at what you're deleting there).

e.g. Mozilla/Firefox/Thunderfox temp files is stored there as well. Just be careful of the rest of the profile

or you can download the Super Cleaner..although it is shareware...but it is good to use....
