jaclaz
Which card?Which driver? There are four possibilities, if you right click my computer and select Hardware:a) Soundcard has a question markb) Soundcard has no question mark, but doubleclicking on it it says device not working or something similarc) Soundcard has a red crossd) Sondcard is not shownRemedies:a) Remove card from hardware list, reboot, let plug 'n play re-detect itb) Remove card from hardware list, reboot, let plug 'n play re-detect itc) Enable it, if not working goto a) or B)d) Switch off pc, physically remove card, place it in the slot, switch on pc, let plug 'n play detect itIf after doing the above still not works, probably it is an IRQ conflict, you will need to post your IRQ settings.jaclaz
