Install Win2K from HD

can some1 reffer me to some reading about installing Win2k Unattendedly from HD?

or maybe shortly explain this to me...

This is a start:

However, read through the board messages about CD based Unattended setup, and just use the instructions found to build the files on HD rather than CD.

You will need a floppy boot disk to initialize the process.
