oftentired
You can try OffByOne... it has not been updated in a couple years but it should run just fine under Win95. Some webpages may not load properly. If nothing else it may work as a temporary solution until you find a better one.Because it requires no installation I have used it as a test browser and as a means to download drivers etc... for new installations of Windows where things have gone hokey pokey upside down.OffByOne
airdale
What version of IE are you running. I would think IE 5.01 SP2 would work. I haven't heard of any applications requiring higher than that. My mom has IE 6 SP1 running on her W98 First Edition. Not sure if it or IE 5.5 SP2 will install on W95 though. prathapml
I'm pretty sure Opera will do fine on Win95 - http://www.opera.com
Stanislavs
You can just install Windows 98 SE. Every program that works on XP, works on 98, except for desktop customizing tools because it has different start menu
