Windows Explorer

I Once found a tip to make windows explorer open up to the c:\ and Not to the my documents folder, and i can't find it now , i need help, I hate when it just opens up my documents, Does someone know what i'm talking about ?

Change the windows explorer target path to this;

C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe/n,/e,C:\
