I already noted that you add to your post count by adding no content what so ever. Nice try in turning that around on me. But no go for you.... GUY!

The only person I'm annoying is YOU, because YOU are annoying. :P

This should be a locked topic now since the problem is solved and other things get out of hand. A few people in here needs to calm down a bit... :o:blushing:

So sorry for all of the crap I started!!!! Anyway, I haven't tried this yet, but will soon as I need to install WINXP on a laptop tonite. And yes, I just wanted to skip it not remove it. I didn't see the option to do that in nLite, sorry if the question was already asked. I did search before posting.

One more question pertaining to this....

If I run that autologon.reg, does that make it auto login EVERYtime or just the first time?

TIA

In case that doesn't work, here's a copy of my SIF ... I ended up copying and pasting things between my 2K and XP sif's (I'm using RIS for this) and managed to get it to work ... not sure how now (lol)

must work and the "welcome to windows" screen will be skipped
If I run that autologon.reg, does that make it auto login EVERYtime or just the first time?

the autologon will work EVERYTIME, if you just want to skip it and logon like other user you can just press the shift key and you won't be logged.

In case the point of my post wasn't obvious, there is some other trigger besides UnattendSwitch which manages to work for me. What that is, I don't know ... it may or may not have something to do with the fact that these machines are being joined to a domain.
