Alanoll
have you tried setting up a network, and having a network share?
gamehead200
have you tried setting up a network, and having a network share? This works perfectly. Just setup a network share with READ access only and you should be able to stream video files without a problem. The only disadvantage of doing this is that it may slow down your network by a bit! Curv Boll
You could create an iso of the video and mount that on a virtual drive which you have access to across the networkOn the other pc just map the path to that drive or folder.Good luckCB
prathapml
If you have a Windows Server 2003 Standard/Enterprise license, and need to stream Windows Media - check out its Streaming Media capabilities.

gamehead200
When someone's viewing streamed media, they are still "downloading" it...
ceez
i know, but you can view it while you're downloading the file to a temp folder. but when i try it i actually have to download the full file and then listen OR view it.
prathapml
Its a known fact that winamp can listen to streamed audio - no add-ons required at the client side, just a plug-in (200 KB) required at the "streamer source" site.As for video, I don't know what you could do other than what I suggested above.
