.ISO partitioning util for WD HDDs

I work at a computer systems/network installation business. The problem is:

Seagate has DiscWizard & Matrox have MaxBlast. I just can't find any self-bootable .ISO image on the WD Website which I can download and burn directly to a CD.

Its a real pain to format a 40GB using fdisk.eXe. Also, fdisk doesn't support bigger HDs. WD's Data LifeGuard Tools 11.0 do have a partitioning utility, but you must have a working system along with Windows to make it work, which isn't really available at all sites.

I tried sending this mail to WD tech support but all I got was auto-response from the server that my query isn't forwarded to the tech support dept since I can get my answers from the following (links were given @ bottom of page) pages.

Just use winimage to make a floppy-disk image of a win98 emergency boot-disk. Then use that as the boot-sector for a CD, and copy over your installed folder of PartitionMagic8 onto your CD.

Can do all this in Nero, and then burn the CD.

So WD's finally answered:

I apologize but Western Digital does not offer an .ISO file to create our software on a CD. The only version of our Data Lifeguard v11 installation software for DOS must be installed onto a floppy diskette. This can be downloaded from the direct link below.

umm...as a side note....

you could either make a floppy image from the disc created, and use that was the boot sector of the CD (it works, trust me....user CDIMAGE if you wish for simplicity) and then you have a CD.

Otherwise, still make the floppy image, then use CDShell and have access to all three on the same CD.
