If you give more details on what exactly you're trying to do, someone might be able to help. BTW, did you even try to search the forums for your question?

Here's a link (below) to a thread which might answer your question. The procedure described in that article is pretty much the same for your version of windows/nero.

Everytime I try a custom 2000 server boot cd and try to boot from it I get ntlr not found. Those letters are short for NT boot loader. I remember that from my nt 4.0 server days. I can get the cd to boot right?

Exactly what are you trying to do?

Make a backup copy of your original?

Slip-streaming a ServicePack and then re-making a bootable installation source?

Putting w2kserver as a mult-boot option alongside other OSes?

If you don't give details of what you want, you'll only get vague/guesses/approximate responses - and those who would know exactly what to do will not reply simply because there are too many possible answers, and it would be a waste of time to list out 10,000 possibilities.
