Is this a real forum, cuz if it is I got a problem

to express?

I have an IBM Personal System 2 that has

been showing the 162 and 163 error codes for

awhile. I got a Dos 6.0 bootdisk which seemed to work fine at first. But then I couldn't access my C Drive. I typed in all

the DOS commands I knew but was unable to find any information about my C Drive other than basic Ram numbers. Since I originally had DOS 5.0, I got a DOS 5 Bootdisk but

had the same problem. Since I cannot access

C:, I cannot get into Windows.

Is it possible that my Hard Drive was accidentally erased and if so, can my files

be recovered?

well yes this is a real forum, but you should make your own thread in the Software Hangout forum because this thread is about Software and Hardware support contact info, which makes your post off-topic. Thanks. :)
