Which one do I have to replace with my own customized Bootlogo?

its the ntoskrnl.exe ,

but its easiest to use joshes method so its not over written,

look in the thread "Giving your windows cosmetic surgery" it has a guide on that, and its ntoskrnl, but like u said, so its not gettin over written, follow the steps on the page i said above, it tells u how 2 set the custom file
