June 28, 200224 yr If you have made an error, so that a mis-spelled entry keeps showing up - you can delete just that entry without clearing the whole list. When youstart to type - and the appropriate entries drop down - just highlight the incorrect one and press the delete key. The 'bad' item will be gone.LS
June 28, 200224 yr Author ThanksI was trying to delete a drop down entry in a couple of programs and they would not delete.Maybe in others they do delete.But you guys answered my question.
