windows on a mac or vice versa

hi all, this may be a dumb question but i was wondering could a windows os be installed on a mac and /or a windows os installed on a mac?

mac hardware?

if i have a normal "pc" and i installed mac os x on it would recognoze that hardware.

pretty much does mac os require only mac hardware to run?

No... The processor and a few other components are completely different and aren't compatible... Use a Virtual PC!

Or, if you just want to read Mac disks on a PC there's a cool proggie called "MacDrive" (www.macdrive.com).
