double menu on shortcuts..

hi after using some registry tweaks from this site.. i notice that wheneva i right click on a SHORTCUT Link file (example.lnk) there are 2 menu of winzip & wsftp on the right click menu..

this only happens when i right click on a shortcut file..

does anyone know how i can fix this? or what might cause it?

possibly a conflict with some current user and local machine settings in the registry? How/when do they get installed?
