DAVID E
Has anyone ever used Spycop and is it a worthy addition to Spybot and AdAware? From what I've read, it's good for stopping keyloggers and identity thiefs.

DAVID E
Nope...in fact I just paid $39.96 for it. Oh, well-if it does what it says it would be worth it to me. I had a credit card number 'stolen' from me from someone about a year ago. My credit card company called me and if I had made a purchase to a certain place that I honestly don't recall the name of it, however; it was only a little over $7 but, it was for a membership to some porn magazine or something to that affect and...at 7:10am! The day it happened I was at work and had not a clue what she was talking about. It was obviously a purchase "out of character" for me I guess and that was one of the things that clued her in. Since I buy stuff every so often off the internet, I feel sure that's where it came from.(not porn!) Either way, I had to change my account number and fortunately it never happened again. I was lucky it wasn't $7,000 instead of seven something.Just perhaps this Spycop could have prevented that...don't know, just maybe.
netmatrix
I my opinion Pestpatrol does a better job in keeping Keyloggers and such trash out of your system. It costs the same as spycop and it does a lot more than spycop. http://www.pestpatrol.com
HyDeNCiTy
Never used it before, cause SPybot does the job for me...
Cyberjam
The best anti-spyware program, in my opinion is the Spysweeper, much better than Spybot and Ad-Aware.

Woomera
Hey DAVIDfrom the LAST YEAR TEST FOR SPYWARES FROM PC WORLD , SPYBOT and the ADAWARE were the best but it said that anti-spywares are not like anti-viruses that u better have just one .actually they say that you better use two at once to have the best result.but in my opinion its the best that you have at least SPYBOT i think its the best but u better have the adaware or pest patrol with that to have the best protection.
