Hello MSFN,

I am wondering if it is possible to allow Windows ME to boot again after modifying the system files to re-enable MS-DOS mode. I have not used the mode for a while and feel having to type "win," to enter Windows has gotten a bit inconvenient.

Do instructions exist to fix this problem? Thank you.


what about putting "WIN" in the end of AUTOEXEC.BAT?

    Msdos.sys should work the same as in 9x. In [Options] try:

    •  BootGUI=1
    • Bootdelay=2
    • Bootmenu=1
