Right side items opening to the left

For some reason, my right side items have started opening to the left as if there is not enough screen space.  This is very new behavior.  Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

That unfortunately didnt help.  I added the keys and set them to 0, which should default them to the right, but they still want to go to the left.

Not sure what happened.  This is new behavior and I havent changed anything.
