[ Bug ] : Win10 Flyout doesn't respect Accent Color in Light Mode

@Tihiy There is a bug with Win10 Flyout that it doesn't respect accent color if we enable the "Show accent color on Start and Taskbar" in Light Mode. And there are some apps like Settings, etc have there icon black if we enable the option in light mode. Microsoft doesn't provide it directly. I enabled it from registry. Here is the video :

Ohk for this...

I have a suggestion that..Can't you create a github issue page so that it is easier for people to have more convince. As MSFN only provide limited size of files to upload. It will be easy for people to make a tag on their issue.

Or like Github is banned in Russia ??
