windows11 explorer won't start after recent upgrade, uninstall updates or disable SAB to solve

Explorer has been unable to start after the last few updates, I tried multiple times to start it with the task manager and it didn't work. I can only try to uninstall the updates, everything is back to normal.

Then I tried disabling SAB, and upgrade after, explorer acts normal. But when I re-enable SAB, the explorer crashes again
