Minuit Posted November 5, 2022 Posted November 5, 2022 Hello, I've had this problem since the start. I'm currently using a double monitor setup, with the taskbar on the second one (which isn't set as the primary), and whenever an app goes exclusive fullscreen, I get a gap the size of the taskbar on my primary monitor (see screenshot below; left is my main/primary screen) To fix this, I have to move the taskbar on the primary monitor (after unlocking it) and then put it back where it was. Icons on the desktop also goes crazy. Anyone have an idea how to fix this ? It's not that annoying given I run almost all my apps in windowed fullscreen but it still bother me.
Tihiy Posted November 6, 2022 Posted November 6, 2022 Yep, there were reports about this since day 1, but I don't have a reproduction. Working area logic may behave differently due to a some rogue hidden windows feature switch.
Bella8Corey Posted November 8, 2022 Posted November 8, 2022 (edited) The same task is before me! The hidden switch window has been suffering with it for a long time! But I am often involved in cosmetic surgery here nose job and helping people improve their appearance!! Edited December 28, 2022 by Bella8Corey
Tihiy Posted November 24, 2022 Posted November 24, 2022 (edited) In StartAllBack 3.5.4, I've added test for disabling Windows 11 work area behaviour. Add the following registry key: [HKCU\SOFTWARE\StartIsBack] NoSyncDisplayChange = (DWORD)1 Please test if this helps you Edited November 24, 2022 by Tihiy
