Volume indicator is missing

In version 3.5.3, my volume indicator is missing when I turn my volume up or down using my keybind of fn+f10 or fn+f11. The indicator shows up when I disable StartAllBack. I am running windows 11 insider beta. Please fix this asap because it's annoying to not see my volume indicator.

My volume says that it is in tray and that it should show notifications. I'm also using EarTrumpet. I've been using StartAllBack and EarTrumpet for a year now with no issues until now. Is there a way for me to downgrade StartAllBack to see if the new version is the issue like I think?

Still didn't fix it. I turned it off and on again.
