Webkit on Windows XP

I have seen that the Lunascape downloader version tries to download a file called Webkit.exe and Gecko.exe to install these engines. This doesn't work anymore, the last Lunascape is from the year 2018.
Looking for information I have found some instructions to run Apple Webkit on Windows.

I try to follow the instructions, but I don't know which is the WebKit-Cairo folder and I can't find the MiniBrowser.exe file
Has anyone tried it?
I think it should run on Windows XP, Otter Browser and other webkit powered browsers work on Windows XP.

From what I've been checking minibrowser.exe is inside the builds for Windows, but the links I find don't work.
