Notification area flyout appearing on bottom left when taskbar is at the top

Hello!
The title says it all, when I set my taskbar to the top and click the notification area the flyout is appearing on the top left and when animation finishes it jumps to bottom left corner...

It looks really bad. Setting taskbar position to the bottom and back to the top helps for the 1st click, but closing the notification area and opening it again breaks it.

Is there a fix? I can't find a thread about this bug which makes me think it is only me?

StartAllback 3.5.2, Windows 11 22H2, but this has been happening since I can remember.

Yes I have 3 monitors, can this be the cause? Is there a workaround?

1x MAG274QRF-QD 1440p 165Hz as my main display, only this one shows the taskbar, 2x Samsung Odyssey G5 1440p 120Hz as side monitors. Total resolution is 4320x1440, all monitors set to extend the display.

I've found the culprit.. because of my multi monitor setup I am using a tool that restores windows positions on monitor wake up because Windows doesn't handle display port power states correctly https://github.com/kangyu-california/PersistentWindows

It seems to somehow interfere because disabling/turning it off fixes the issue. Shame it only breaks it when the taskbar is at the top which I use lol.
