When creating a new local user under Windows 11 22H2 and logging in with them, Startallback suppresses some Windows queries, many things do not work and Explorer crashes permanently.

As soon as the Startallback "Taskbar" is deactivated it works with the new user.

Already created users do not have this problem.

This can be readjusted at any time. 

Tests with StartAllBack 3.4.2

Microsoft Teams, Windows Setup Wizard, etc. will be blocked.
Once the taskbar is disabled in StartAllBack, all wizards are displayed
