reboot12 Posted May 12 Posted May 12 (edited) @Dietmar Do you have an old email with a link? Want a link to the ISO? P.S. DebugView 4.90 work OK on WinXP 64-bit - both 32 and 64-bit versions https://web.archive.org/web/20220315163343/https://download.sysinternals.com/files/DebugView.zip Edited May 12 by reboot12
Dietmar Posted May 12 Posted May 12 (edited) @reboot12 I set up Windbg session on the Biostar board with XP SP2 bit64. But I cant install the Wlan 9560 driver, get message „The parameter is incorrect“ brrr.. I like XP SP3 Dietmar Edited May 12 by Dietmar
Dietmar Posted May 12 Posted May 12 @reboot12 It seems, as ChatGPT translates C-Code wrong from XP SP3 ==> XP SP2 bit 64. Already the driver entry is a mismatch, and so even no entry in registry or the driver itself in System32\drivers Dietmar

Dietmar Posted May 12 Posted May 12 @reboot12 Something is wrong with all the drivers for XP bit 64. I am just looking, what it is Dietmar
reboot12 Posted May 12 Posted May 12 @Dietmar Your drivers are bad location .sys file. To auto install .sys need in same directory as .inf or you need edit .inf like this: [SourceDisksNames] 1=%DISKNAME%,,,WDM\objfre_wnet_amd64\amd64
Dietmar Posted May 12 Posted May 12 @reboot12 What the hell is wrong in this??? XP bit64 Parameter wrong ??? https://www.upload.ee/files/19338992/139x64.zip.html
reboot12 Posted May 12 Posted May 12 Apart from the fact that the .inf file is in Linux format, everything is OK - for WinXP it does not matter, but Notepad displays it incorrectly - you need to use WordPad or another editor, e.g. Notepad2 or Notepad++ Your WinXP installation is bad. Use my ISO, link on old e-mail or will send you one more time.
Dietmar Posted May 12 Posted May 12 (edited) @reboot12 This is install via an original Corporate XP SP2 bit64 CD. Nothing modded. Oh no, I use one time nlite for the Kai Sata driver. This is very much important, because I notice, that when 1 Bit is wrong, the Intel firmware 77 will fall 100.000 packets later Dietmar Edited May 12 by Dietmar
Dietmar Posted May 12 Posted May 12 @reboot12 Can you send me the link to your XP SP2 bit 64 +.iso with key? And do you have different USB drivers for it? Still I think, that there is a switch in politicies or something like this, for to enable to install own drivers. But on the other hand I know, that nlite can destroy an original CD Dietmar
reboot12 Posted May 12 Posted May 12 (edited) @Dietmar I don't know if you don't see the previous posts on the forum??? I've been writing several times today whether you want my ISO and to use my ISO - check e-mail Search B66VY... Make USB like this: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/winxp-64-bit-on-a-modern-pc-iso-boot-wim-install-wim.88435/ Edited May 12 by reboot12
Dietmar Posted May 12 Posted May 12 @reboot12 It is an *.iso. How to install it, via Rufus or real CD Dietmar
