Updated drivers for Windows XP SP3 and Windows 2003 SP2 (x32/x64) for modern hardware

Hi all. Tried to install on 2014 laptop with Intel Bay Trail-M chipset. First I compiled acpi. Created a new iso image. Recorded on a flash drive through yumi. At the first stage of the installation, the installer appears and the laptop immediately turns off by itself. What is the problem? You can help?

You can use the Optional Patch integrator script included with XP Integral Edition to get all of that ACPI/AHCI/USB3/NVMe stuff sorted for you in a fully patched XP ISO.

I've noticed that my 5950X CPU is idleing at +60°C and consuming about 140W+ also when idle (at least according to HWMonitor) when booted into XP.

I'm assuming this is ACPI related? could we debug this?

It would be preferable for it to not consume so much power when idle.

Can you run a check with HWMonitor on your XP builds and see if any of them also have unusually high CPU wattage?

High Watt happens to me only with the not modded intelppm.sys,

because the compi always is in powerstate 0

1) Use 3rd party tools to show current cpu powerstate, some like ThrottleStop but must supports your CPU model

2) In Windows XP enable any powersaving mode: Presentation or Portable

Changing power Options did not help.

ThrottleStop does not work on XP anymore.

I noticed that there are no processors listed in device manager, could that be the issue?

In Win11 the HWID for the processor is ACPI\VEN_ACPI&DEV_0007

and no such device exists in XP.

@Damnation How about HWMonitor or HWiNFO? Seems like at least one of them supports XP.
