ExplorerPatcher now supports Windows 10!

Works down to Windows 10 1809. Generic non-Windows 11 specific enhancements should work. I tried the weather widget (not available in Win10 1809 yet) and the classic Win32 clock flyout (with a reminder of DST change that will take effect here in few days).

While ExplorerPatcher is indeed nice, it's sad that it doesn't have the option to show Windows 7 network layout. I know we have Windows 8 network layout option, but the fact that it covers the right edge of the screen is what puzzles me about it, something which Windows 7 network layout doesn't do.

Some functions of ExplorerPatcher depend on features that still exist in Windows, maybe Win7 network flyout isn't one of those things.

I believe we can call that Windows 8 Metro experience.  That flyout isn't any different from the others UI wise.

I understand. It was just a matter of expressing my opinion about it. It's not like I hate Windows 8 network layout. Still a great opinion.
