Hard Error !! when Windows 2000 in Optiplex 3020 intel core i3-4130 2 cores / 4 logical processors

I am now facing a really difficult problem and I have not been able to solve it ٍbecause for my limited time. When I changed the motherboard for my computer from Dual Core to i3 , I faced a big problem, which is that I cannot use the keyboard and mouse. And when I reinstall Windows 2000 I get a screen like at img1 and I cannot use the keyboard . The strange thing is that the flash disk and the WIRLESS-N USB ADAPTER 802.11n USB 2.0 works , but the keyboard and mouse not work . I think the problem is with the USB 3.0 driver. Have you ever had this experience ?

It's odd that the flash disk and Wireless N controller are working though, what motherboard do you have?

Original motherboard of dell optiplex 3020 i3-4130 / DDR3 CPU @3.40HZ

Try the mouse and keyboard out in the USB ports that you connected the Wireless N/Flashdisk to, does Keyboard/mouse work in those ports?

no , it doesn't work and this is the strange thing.

I have put a shortcut of Device manger in the startup folder using Windows 10, to find out which drivers are responsible for this error.

the best way is Twitter

Follow him on his account and send him a message, he will reply to you as he did with me.
He doesn't know the extended ntoskrnl for Windows XP.

Is there some other way to get in contact? I'd rather not join twitter.

He has an Instagram account but I haven't contacted him on it: https://www.instagram.com/blackwingcat2000/. You can create a Twitter account that you connect to BlackWingCat and then delete it if you want.

I see that you have a native USB 2.0 controller on board

Intel(R) 8 Series/C220 Series USB EHCI #2 - 8C2D

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C2D&SUBSYS_06121028&REV_04

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C2D&SUBSYS_06121028

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C2D&CC_0C0320

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C2D&CC_0C03

^

This should work for your mouse and keyboard since Windows 2000 has native USB 2.0 drivers.

maybe not all the USB drivers were copied across? I think this is a bug windows 2000 had.

On your windows 2000 CD - go to \I386 and open DRIVER.CAB with 7zip or WinRAR, scroll down and extract everything with usb in the name and put it in \system32\drivers.

See if that works.

edit:

these too -

mouclass.sys

mouhid.sys

kdbclass.sys

kbdhid.sys
