Holeecarolee
Does anyone know if Aero Glass support will ever come to windows 11? Just upgraded to it and the program broke, so I was wondering if, or when the creator of Aero Glass might come to windows
raiden89
Nah. This is abandonware. You're better off looking into something like Stardock Curtains or WindowBlinds. This hasn't been updated in quite a while and the creator has been completely silent.
netsendjoe
It's sad because I really liked how AeroGlass was being implemented natively using existing Microsoft code. It seemed to be less resource intensive compared to alternatives. But then again I guess our hardware has come along way since Aeroglass was originally started for use with Windows 8 all those years ago. Maybe it is time to give WindowsBlinds or Stardock Curtains another try...
dalton2192
As of right now, neither work on Windows 11 : C
raiden89
Yes correct. Still waiting for updates on them for Win11 but they are sure to come before an update to this does. This was a great project. Lightweight, worked great. But one developer and no communication. Just couldn't keep up.
