Startisback v2.8.9

Windows10 insider build 19013

Since loading this Win10 build, clicking on ANY application on the taskbar results in Startisback and/or explorer completely crashing and reloading. The taskbar is essentially unusable. Clicking on it crashes every time. While it's crashing, a tiny all-black box with white text appears in the middle of the screen for about 2 seconds. It says something about pushing escape to stop Startisback from loading. Any ideas?
