Pin to the start menu

Im trying to pin my fav apps to the start menu for my unattached disk. I've tryed using Regshot to find a tweak without any joy.

I've also tryed putting them in c:\XPSP1a\$OEM$\$Docs\All Users\Start Menu, but this didnt work either?

Items pinned to the start menu are saved in

the file within the current logged in user profile

\NTUSER.DAT

would it be worth trying to copy the NTUSER.DAT over or set it up to be auto copied over.

hi,

if it's stored in every users reg-file then u can modify it @ t-13 or t-12 stage because the default user is logged on at this point.
