Error Triangle

Hi Guys,

My laptop has just gone over to Windows 10 1903 and noticed this little error triangle against the task bar colour selection, when I click it it sends me over to the windows theme selection but no clues in what I need to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It does focus the transparency toggle.
