What do I need to backup in order to transfer settings to new Windows installation?

to save the setting save everything under the key

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\StartIsBack]

I don't see the settings for custom folders in this registry key.  Would custom folders be restored if only backing up this reg key?

Apparently, the Custom Folder data is backed up in:

[Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StartPage2] > CustomFolders

Not exactly a human readable format, but I was able to verify my custom folder data is there.  Actually the entire StartPage2 key should probably be backed up.  Favorites are in there too.

Using StartIsBack+ v2.9 with Windows 10 v1909
