I am not entirely sure the best sub to post this request, but I am trying to understand how I can retrieve lists of available windows updates by OS. I guess I am trying to re-invent the wheel as this is exactly what the windows offline updater does but I would like to create my own that I can use in my scripts.

Any help you guys can provide would be MUCH appreciated!!
