Yipeeyep
Hiya. Is there a way of having files on a drive and a small file describing specifications of standard/format to burn said files to CD-DVD? The info file would be of generic standard, like the (generic) OS software would know it is CD-DVD burning related, and would offer to open CD-DVD burner at right click. The small file would just specify the bootsector, joliet etc, while the generic software would offer to select files. Is it a cue file? Thanks. Mcinwwl
As far as I remember, even good old Nero Burning ROM has an option to save projects. I never used that feature, but common sense suggests the straightforward solution to store the files you often need to burn in specified directories, and create a Nero project, that tells the program to burn content of these folders into a CD/DVD. And ofc this doesn't have to be Nero, can be any open-source program that has 'projects' feature. Besides, this made me think for how long I didn't burn any disc, and that I don't even have Nero installed on my current PC o_O.
