Why does Foxit Reader show the Print Preview with white background?

As you can see, Foxit Reader is showing the Print Preview window with a white background.

Foxit Reader does supply a basic set of skins. Who do I direct this issue to? Foxit Software?

Yes, this is Foxit Reader issue. It has its own set of skins to customize the appearance of its main window, so it doesn't use your own theme you have installed to give it the same look and feel as the rest of your system. As for the Print dialog specifically, the basic controls (buttons, checkboxes, ...) are taken from your theme, but the background is custom, so again, your theme has no influence over it.

Alright, I have raised a ticket with Foxit and let us see if they offer a more suitable skin to work with a dark theme environment.
