i know you can increase it, but by default, ala for normal users who don't know this, just makes OS unusable
and yes I've made it to that limit, its abnoxious, same with slow verclsid folder content loading

I feel such a general statement would be unfair to Windows. I have run Win95 and W2k for years without degradation.

But I do define user sessions that are not administrators (and used Ntfs instead of Fat32 as soon as possible).
