verta Posted August 19, 2016 Share Posted August 19, 2016 I've tried Internet Explorer 6.0sp1, but it gets stuck at requesting to go into install mode. I click ok and it doesnt proceed. verta Posted August 20, 2016 Author Share Posted August 20, 2016 (edited) I'm reinstalling wtsrv4 and I am going to pick ie4 setup, then try ie6sp1 when I'm on the desktop. I've successfullyinstalled ie4 from a fresh install. wtsrv4 still will not go into install mode when trying to setup ie6sp1. My version comes with SP3 already. One of the main things I always do after a fresh Windows NT 4.0 install is update the service pack to the latest possible version. Just to let you know, the Windows 95/NT Windows Update was taken offline over five years ago.
