This is because geocities doesn't allow images to be remotely loaded. What you saw was from the cache.

well, although Im not sure about the prog...I do know that the page above that (cut out the image in the link) is not his...Michael K H Au-yeung does all those and the pics verify it...but he always signs up for forums as khauyeung...but i would be interested in this program. What is funny to me is how many people set up these mirrors of his apps. Now I could be wrong as I have never seen his UBCD DVD, but on further reading it looks like 3 seperate iso images were combined into one dvd, so who knows.

i only uploaded Michael_K.H._Au-Yeung's dvd-guide to

my homepage-root, the postet programm was made by me

and is something different (has nothing to do with this

winPE-dvd). it just makes a unattended installation faster,

because it only installs the programs you choose....

p.s.: i made this with "wise for windows installer 5.2 enterprise",

it's an msi file... get it here:

http://www.geocities.com/spacht_2000/spachtler.zip

tu run it, a cmd-windows has to be open, otherwise you will get

an error. burned on cd, you have to call it with the software.cmd,

because it creates a registry-value which is important for the

menu (to know if the dvd-rom is d: or e: or....)

you can look inside the .msi file with an .msi editor if you want.....

dont think I said anything as to whether you made the prog, was just talking about the homepage...one question tho

md c:\temp2
md c:\temp2\pdvd5
copy %CDROM%\$OEM$\$1\temp2\pdvd5\setup.iss c:\temp2\pdvd5\

whats that? If I understand correctly, I am supposed to have that file on my cdrom, but I dont. (this is from your software.cmd file)

at my many tries, powerdvd only installs,

when this setup.iss file is on harddrive,

if i call it from cdrom, powerdvd wouldnt install...

dont know why... but copy it first on hdd works...

the gui is the .msi file itself, with some importet icons for

the programs. the many components has the following reason:

this .msi is loaded at the end of the runonceex.cmd.

with choosing some progrs, it builds another runonceex

(writes some registry-values) and reboots.

the other thing is, that it READ some registry values

and detects if some listed programs are already installed.

if so, it disables the checkboxes.....
