[Request] Create file with specific size

Only to be able to release *something* on February 29, a small batch (a simple adaptation of multiply.cmd):

Try KMG2B.cmd, work perfectly.

But if put it in directory which contain space in path it'll error. You may add some double quote for general use. Tks

Well, that is left as an exercise for the reader, if he/she actually uses directories with spaces, however, it still works, only if you run it without parameters, won't find itself and not print the "help" text, but otherwise functions fine.
