Under what conditions are you seeing them?Does it happen right at startup or do you use Windows for a while before you see it?Can you consistently reproduce the problem or is it intermittent?What hardware do you have? Put yourself in the shoes of someone being asked the question you're asking, and imagine what they might need to know in order to help you. -Noel
