I turned off UAC with Ultimate Windows Tweaker. All settings worked afterwards.

Hi! I neither need UAC nor the start menu. Maybe you can consider to leave that dicision to the user. UAC is such an annoying feature. I am going to integrate startisback, which did not work and the prior added commands stoppt working, either, as all were jumbled up. Of course, I am using N (2015 LTSB) but the MP Update was skipped.

NTLite has many options to pre-configure a Windows image but many major options are not configurable. Like most relevant options, the UAC option was blue and could not be modified. In a newer version, the option wasn´t even given. I integrated a languagepack and the fist updates but the Windows Media Player Feature-Update culd not be integrated. Post-Setup commands jumble.

Doesn't switching back to one of the other skins resolve it? Partly. I would prefer my favorite design. I may not be understanding well enough partly because I don't do much customization of the look - what skin were you using before that you liked? Sorry, I did not care for its name. It was the third option which is now (com)Plain10. So the now fourth option isn't what you used to use? Or selecting it somehow doesn't give you what it used to give you, if I'm understanding you correctly? Can you be specific about what the fourth option gives you that's different from what the third option used to give you? It is about the design. The functionality has not been affected. To the following screenshots, I added the second properties windows manually.

Hello. You have replaced my favorite design with that ugly Plain10 design. I strongly condemn that step. Why did you do that? Incredible! Can you please release an addon that reintroduces the useful design? Doesn't switching back to one of the other skins resolve it? Partly. I would prefer my favorite design.

Hello, folks. I am new here and I want to learn things and follow the projects of certain developers as well as discuss with the members. I am currently using Windows 10 Enterprise N 2015 with startisback++. However, as I am facing blackscreens now and then, I will switch back to Windows 8.1 after I have finished my search for proper tools, of which startisback is the most important, that make Windows 10 better. I am not after every senseless customization tool but prefer serious software.
