Since Windows 10 build 10056, Microsoft has blocked colored titlebars for all opened windows. Who at MS signed off on this decision? The fact that we have to go through all of this to restore a feature in place since Windows 1.0 is just sickening.

Of course, I downloaded the ready-to-use theme instead of doing it manually!
