I donated and generated a key for my system but I'm still getting the nag screen asking me to copy my machine code to the clipboard. What a crappy "protection scheme", I donated to get rid of this nag screen.

 

Running Windows 8.1 64bit, and I double and triple checked that my machine code used to generate the kay is ondeed correct.

 

How to fix this please?

 

Will file a claim for a chargeback from PayPal and my credit card company if this is not fixed.

login to the glass8 website with your email/zip code, generate a donation.key and store this file into your AeroGlass folder and restart Aero Task from inside the TaskScheduler.

Before you do it, you should re-read the agreements on our website: http://glass8.eu/support.phpbecause you may be upset when PayPal rejects your claim (as they always did).

But wouldn't it be better to start out respectfully and politely?  Wouldn't that make it easier when you find out it's not working because of something you did wrong?

Do you normally greet others with a threat in your very first communication?  Do you get a lot of quality help when you do that?
