I wouldnt even bother trying to add it. Windows 2003 is a server and its better off with the classic logon screen anyway. It provides more security, as so i have read, tmore then the XP Logon screen does.

And why would you wanna have the Welcome XP logon screen on a Windows Server OS? Wouldnt that just defeat the purpose of it being a server?
