hi, i was wounder is there any way that i can have password on windows 7 x64 bit like linux's root passwords that is read only. so no one installs malware, spyware on windows 7 x64?

Limited User Group, add Users to it, and "lock up the doors". There's a number of ways. Just use the Google I gave.
