oomek Posted October 27, 2014 Author Posted October 27, 2014 XBStart Version 2.1 Beta 5 released (link in the 1st post)improved loading time when Windows is set to boot to Start Screenbugfixes
mbushnaq00 Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 (edited) Wow man, thanks for the major update, specially for the loading time. Seriously this app should be built into windows as it makes the controller so much useful. I just want to point out one bug which is the scaling issue when windows is set at 125%. The help screen is not fully visible and some buttons and text are missing as shown in the below screenshot: Also if you can change the taskbar icon to a higher definition one as its a little pixelated Just some cosmetic changes, otherwise its a wonderful app. I am recommending all my friends to get it. I'l try to fix that soon, but in the meantime you have to disable dpi scaling in xbstart.exe properties

Connors Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 No problem, it's very too bad Microsoft don't create a chat pad's driver for Windows... Thank you for your quick answer,
VincentX Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 (edited) Great!, I love this program, I only need to turn on the computer with the controller, could be achieved with this app? Edited November 4, 2014 by VincentX
oomek Posted November 4, 2014 Author Posted November 4, 2014 Great!, I love this program, I only need to turn on the computer with the controller, could be achieved with this app?It cannot be done with the wireless receiver which I only have. I'm not sure about the wired one. Anyway, any usb wake up event is controlled by the bios, not the software.
mbushnaq00 Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 Can you add an option to check the battery status? Like when its charging or in low power.
oomek Posted November 6, 2014 Author Posted November 6, 2014 Can you add an option to check the battery status? Like when its charging or in low power.Implementing that feature is not a big deal, but first I need to know what is the advandage of it over the standard 4 led blinking when the battery is low.
achoyq Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Cool. I'll be downloading trying this out later this week. Also, is there any way to automatically activate mouse when application X is opened? Kinda like autoprofiles for xpadder.
oomek Posted November 26, 2014 Author Posted November 26, 2014 Good idea, will think about implementing a more advanced profiles in the future versions.
ippon Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 Is there any way to disable the ALT + F4 hotkey on the controller? It's killed a few games for me.
oomek Posted November 26, 2014 Author Posted November 26, 2014 Do those games have a native controller support? If so just remove that app from the app list in the XBStart settings. Or do not press Y.
