Hello,
after powering up, it spins and makes clicking noise at the very beginning for a while then stop spinning. I do serial terminal. It spins and shows some messages then stop. I cannot issue ctrl+Z to get prompt. I also provide you with a terminal log. What is the problem of this hard drive. Thanks.

Besides that hard disk, is also your Search/Google broken?

Some hard disks need to have the read channel shorted, see:

Cannot say if it applies to that particular hard disk and to that particular issue.

Hello guys,

I forgot to place card of paper between head and contacts on pcb. maybe, this makes me cannot issue ctrl+Z to get prompt. I will do it again.
